Meet Our Staff



Kryston Lemay has over 25 years of accounting experience and has been a practicing attorney since 2022. She is the principal of Lake Auburn Legal and Accounting and a partner at Downeast Law Associates in Eastport. Her Auburn law practice focuses on estate planning, wills and trusts as well as nonprofit law. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She resides in Auburn.

Dianne Tilton is a consultant for Lake Auburn Legal and Accounting. She has over 35 years of experience running and working with nonprofit organizations, and she currently serves as a part time Executive Director of St. Martin de Porres Residence in Lewiston. She enjoys helping nonprofits reach their potential through problem solving, generating ideas and planning. She resides in Auburn.

Leopold Caron is a bookkeeper and accountant at Lake Auburn Legal and Accounting. He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Farmington, specializing in economics, accounting and data analysis. Leo is prepared to manage your books in an efficient and professional manner. In his spare time, Leo enjoys fishing, swimming and kayaking on Maine’s lakes and rivers. He resides in Auburn.
